At Selle Valley Carden School we believe in working hard, and playing hard. Children learn best when they experience their lessons. Our teachers facilitate lessons that encourage children to engaging in their learning in meaningful ways. Our students are active participants in every class, which cultivates a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
Our goal at Selle Valley Carden School is to produce Christ loving children who are creative thinkers, adaptable to change, resilient in their struggles, and persistent in their pursuits- with an insatiable curiosity that will remain with them for a lifetime!
Our team of teachers have been certified in The Carden Method, and bring a well rounded and expansive set of skills to our team. Along with our lead teachers, we have an amazing school family with parent volunteers that bring their passions to life for our students. This collaboration between parents and teachers helps build a valuable school family community that ultimately benefits our students in amazing ways.
From farm to plate, our students know their way around the farm and the kitchen! From planting and harvesting a garden to feeding chickens and ducks, to harvesting pigs and steers, our students understand the importance of all aspects of agriculture and have a deeper relationship with and appreciation for their food.
